Our research highlighted the need for a platform that allows employees to choose causes that resonate with their values, ultimately increasing their engagement and motivation. Chezuba was developed to fill this gap, offering customizable options for volunteering and charitable giving.
Designed using Figma, the platform's design emphasizes simplicity and user-centric functionality. With vibrant visuals and clean layouts, the design encourages user interaction and makes the process of selecting volunteer and donation opportunities enjoyable. The interface was crafted to be intuitive, making it easy for employees to engage in activities that align with their personal values while maintaining a professional yet welcoming aesthetic.
